Wayne Tuttle offers service as a Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner, accredited through Center for EFT Studies.

Important note : While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. Further, Wayne Tuttle is not a licensed health professional. Please consult qualified health practitioners regarding your use of anything on this website.

I understand that the services provided by Wayne Tuttle and The Tapping Hotline are educational in nature.

EFT is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any disease or disorder, physical or mental.

Neither EFT nor the content on this website is intended as a substitute for regular medical or psychiatric or psychological care. By accepting theses terms and conditions, you agree that you do not construe it as such.  

Please consult your current health care providers regarding use of EFT as an evidence-based stress management tool.

Viewing the information on this website does not constitute a professional relationship with The Tapping Hotline or Wayne Tuttle.

There is no guarantee that an individual or group will have the same results as the people who have provided testimonials on the website, as every person is different.

I understand that each group session will be held in the strictest confidence. However, there are legal limits to this confidentiality. Wayne Tuttle is required by law, as a mandatory reporter, to report ongoing domestic violence, abuse or neglect of children, the elderly, or people with disabilities.

Wayne would only disclose private information without consent in order to protect clients or the public from serious harm; for example, if a client discussed plans to commit suicide.

Assumption of Risk, and Release

You knowingly and freely assume all risk when using the website and services. You, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, and your heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify tappinghotline.com and its stockholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, consultants, representatives, sublicensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “tappinghotline.com parties”) from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, emotional distress, loss of privacy, or other damages or harm, whether to you or to third parties, that may result from your use of the website and services, specifically including those of Wayne Tuttle.

Fees and Refunds

Tappinghotline.com reserves the right, in tappinghotline.com’s sole discretion, to change the fees and charges in effect, or to add new fees and charges, by posting such changes on the website or providing notice to you. Unless otherwise stated, all fees and charges are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds, and there are no credits for partially used membership periods.
